VINYASA
WITH SABRINA UNKE

Sabrina’s teaching focuses on growing body intelligence, tapping into creativity and cultivating inner freedom. Her sequencing is dynamic, focusing on safe alignment, and cultivating a flowinggentle yet strengthening practice. Sabrina’s intention is to guide students towards greater awareness of self, personal transformation and empowerment. She is empathetic and compassionate toward others. She teaches a breath based class with the intention to inspire authentic alignment and individual expression of self. Leading with an inquiry-based approach she empowers students to realize their full potential and individuality. Sabrina believes that yoga is for everyone, a lifelong journey of self-discovery both on and off the mat. Sabrina is an advocate for radical self-care.

EARTH FLOW
WITH LIHI BENISTY

Lihi's classes are very much inspired by the earth element – the idea of nourishing our roots and foundation so that we can find our greatest expansion. Infusing vinyasa flows with restorative and yin, she takes her students beyond the physical aspects of yoga, and brings them into their own sacred space beginning with the breath. Through a variety of poses, breathwork and conscious sequencing, Lihi's classes will build strength, flexibility, and balance through stability, as well as provide the space to discover the truth in transition, and the sense of lightness you're looking for in your practice. 


Lihi Benisty flirted with yoga her entire life but could never quite get herself to commit. After college, she dedicated herself to a daily practice purely as a way to workout. Despite her initial objective, subtle shifts began to take place as she continued to roll out my mat. She started to slow down, get out of my head and into my body. That’s when my perspective of yoga shifted from a mode of exercise to a healing art. As a teacher, she aims to guide students toward cultivating an inner-awareness while building strength and flexibility of both body and mind.

WAVES OF AWARENESS  
WITH MICHA MERRICK

Follow the flow of sensation available in every breath and enjoy the intimacy of your own presence. This fluid, self-inquiring class is open to all levels of experience.

Micha Merrick was born into a yogic family. Childhood memories of mother effortlessly lifting into headstand in the sunshine with Ravi Shankar on the record player, father meditating in the forest behind their old farm house, lulled to sleep at night with pranayama are her earliest teachings. Yoga is simply a name for our original state of being, in tune with the natural flow: actions, desires and values in harmony with our own true happiness and the world's greatest good. We practice to remember ourselves. Trained at the Kripalu School of Yoga, in the lineage of Swami Kripalivnanda, she draws inspiration from years of study in India, Bali and Thailand and the instinctive teachings of Nature. Micha currently teaches private lessons at Post Ranch and weekly classes at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur California.

HATHA FLOW

WITH TARA MURPHY

Tara's Flow classes are uplifting, open, humorous and her grounded, realistic approach engages students on many levels, as they leave feeling supported, encouraged and aligned, and hopefully laughing. When Tara decided to become an instructor, she realized her purpose almost immediately; to bring yoga to those who wouldn't necessarily go out and seek it. Yoga is a special, life-altering gift that needs to be shared, perhaps in more places than just yoga studios.

HATHA FLOW
WITH KARENA THOMPSON

Hatha flow is a slow and mindful sequence of asana and pranayama that  focuses on increasing a deeper awareness in both physical and subtle bodies. Inspired by Hathas slow, meditative movements to create and improve a sense of body awareness and with vinyasas flowing transition from asana to asana to connect breath to body. 

Karena Thompson began her yoga journey 7 years ago to help her keep her mind and body in balance while playing collegiate sports. She has dedicated her lifestyle to learning to live from this place on and off the mat, in a gym, sports field, work place, etc. Since 2017 she committed to educating herself to help others to unlearning these unhealthy habitual patterns in her first 200-Hr YTT in San Diego in Hatha-Vinyasa. She continued her education in 2018 in South Goa India with an immersion in Vinyasa-Ashtanga. Most recently completing her Reiki Practitioner training and Restorative and Therapeutic Touch teacher training.
