FOUNTAINSUN play folkpsalms. Sing verses from the Metaverse. Channel mytho-poetics from Atlantis, Pangaea, or the planet Vulcan. They drink from the fount of music that is most ancient and forever new.  The core members of Fountainsun are Fumie Ishii of Tokyo, and Daniel Higgs of Baltimore. Both are committed, through sound and gesture, to participation in a song-sustained state of higher communication. Voice, banjo, guitar, drums, and recitations are used to create a joyful and rebellious noise.  Daniel Higgs released twelve albums with his seminal hardcore band Lungfish. He has also released ten solo albums under his own name. Fountainsun's debut LP, Music Today, was released in 2015.

FLETCHER TUCKER is a cross-discipline artist who lives and creates in Big Sur, California. Songs are not written so much as they are discovered in the wilds of his home-place. Tucker's songs are siphoned from the fog as it threads through redwoods. His poems are found in pools of rainwater gathering in ancient grinding stones. Lush folk soundscapes take their shape from the landscape, and get the internal habitat set so you can meet your pagan ancestors on their own ceremonial ground.  Tucker is also a producer, visual artist, writer, and label-head of Gnome Life Records. Tucker made five LPs and three EPs as Bird By Snow, one cassette as Yurt, and is currently preparing a full-length release under his given name.
