Mountain Medicine is a women’s overnight experience inspired in part by the ancient Greek “Asclepeion,” or healing mountain temples. The experience will be collective with a focus on expansion, exploration, and pleasure.
Held at a beautiful, private location in the Santa Monica Mountains with ocean and mountain views, this happening offers respite from the city alongside a highly curated array of experiences by select teachers and visionaries. We’ll celebrate the beauty of the natural landscape with a native plant walk, heliotherapy, and other site specific activations. We’ll enjoy nourishing experiential activities and offerings including transformational workshops, fireside chats, yoga, custom vibrational medicinal blends, and incredible organic alchemical cuisine.
Together, we’ll explore ways in which we can more joyfully embrace the activation of our creative powers that in service of love, transform ourselves and the planet.
This women’s retreat is open to all people who identify as female or non-binary.
Your Guides
Ayesha Ophelia is a rising voice in the spiritual, wellness, and transformational world. Her passion is women, plants, and human potential. She is the creator of a thriving community called The Girlfriend Manifesto where she serves women a daily dose of inspiration, spirituality, adventure, self-love, and sisterhood.
Jessica Alix Hesser is an esoteric and healing arts guide. She works as a teacher, poet, writer, and founder of Mantras + Miracles. Her greatest desire is to serve, and she does so with authenticity and integrity, creating a nurturing environment for people to experience their divinity, strength, and grace.

Our Mountain Medicine Home
Sleep in a luxurious tent under the stars and wake up to the serenity of the mountains and fresh ocean air.
We’ll rejuvenate on a private twenty acre sanctuary nestled high in the Santa Monica Mountains, in an area that stays particularly lush and green year-round.
The land features breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from up high, often above the clouds. Flanked by land that is a nature preserve, the property has miles of scenic hiking trails that weave through the hills, which are alive with sacred oaks and pristine coastal chaparral vegetation. The property is vast with many special areas and amenities including assorted indoor and outdoor areas to relax, a fire pit, and labyrinth.
We honor the indigenous peoples of Chumash and Tongva tribes who inhabited these lands before us.
